What services does Sanchar Solutions offer?
We build websites, online stores, mobile apps and custom software, run SEO, paid ads, social media and content marketing, and provide business messaging (SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS), cloud telephony, AI solutions, cloud, DevOps and cyber security services.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work with startups, agencies and enterprises in the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Europe and India. Most of our work is delivered remotely with video calls, shared project boards and regular demos.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp with a short brief. We usually reply within 24 hours with questions or a fixed-scope proposal and timeline.
Working together
Which time zones do you cover?
Our team works on India Standard Time (IST) and offers daily overlap with UK and European business hours. For US clients we schedule morning or evening calls and can arrange extended overlap on request.
Will you sign an NDA? Who owns the code and designs?
Yes, we sign an NDA before you share confidential details. Once the project is paid, you own 100% of the source code, designs and content we create for you.
Can I hire a dedicated developer or team?
Yes. You can hire dedicated developers, designers or marketers on a monthly contract. They follow your processes and tools and report directly to you.
How do you communicate during a project?
You get a dedicated project manager, a shared task board, weekly progress updates and a call or demo every week. Urgent questions can go through WhatsApp or email.
Pricing & payments
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. Business websites typically start around ₹25,000 (about $300), mobile apps around ₹50,000 and monthly SEO from ₹8,000. Every proposal lists fixed prices and deliverables before you commit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Indian clients can pay via UPI, cards, net banking or bank transfer. International clients can pay by card through Razorpay, international bank transfer (SWIFT) or Wise. Larger projects are split into milestones.
Do you offer refunds?
Services are billed in milestones, so you only pay for work that is delivered and approved. Subscription and refund terms are explained in our Terms & Conditions and in each signed agreement.
Support
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every website and app includes a free support period after launch, and we offer monthly maintenance plans that cover updates, backups, security patches and small changes.
How quickly will I see results from SEO or ads?
Paid ads can bring leads within days. SEO usually shows early movement in 6–8 weeks and stronger growth in 3–6 months depending on your market and competition.
Subscriptions
Can I switch or cancel my software subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at the end of your billing period from your account or by contacting support.
Is there a free trial?
Most plans include a free trial or demo so you can test the software with your team before you pay.
